re: the tonal change, I'm taking inspiration from this microsoft guide, which doesn't provide examples while walking through the steps, rather it's just 'do this, then do this, etc'.

Thought, we should update our demo data to have some of the same properties as we have in these guides, so thatusers can follow along if need be

for sure, I think the only thing we'd need to add is some sibling apps - the rest is present in demo data.
